Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day of processing time after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Usually, it takes 1 - 5 business days to most US cities.

Orders below $30 are subject to a $3.99 economy shipping fee.
We can group two distinct orders placed separately. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Products must be returned within 15 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on Orabel.ca.In the case of unopened products, please make sure to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label. A 6.99$ return fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Here are the few cases when you can return the products:
-If the product is damaged or Broken, we will be happy to issue a replace or refund.
-If you changed your mind: we only accept unused and unopened products. Please note that we can only accept the return of manufactured sealed products since we are unable to tell if the product has been used or opened. The return shipping as well will be at your charge. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. You have 15 days from the delivery date to send us back the package.
Items must be in their original packaging including the bubble paper they are wrapped in!
Please Note: We are not responsible in case of a lost return package. In that case, no refund will be applied!

We want to let our customers know that we are not the manufacturer of the product we sell. Thereby, if you have a complaint or a performance or warranty issue please contact the manufacturer. In some few cases, we can proceed to a store credit. Please email us at the address below to the see if you qualify for that.
